I removed the panel that was rattling. I adjusted the plastic pieces that help reduce the vibration and I reinstalled the panel. I watched the unit run for almost an hour and there was no vibrations anymore.

Replaced the failed expansion tank and install a flood stop valve. Made sure there was no leaks and tested the operation of the floodstop valve. Everything went great.

Removed the dip tube and the anode rod. Cleaned the threads on the tank really well. Taped and used pipe sealant on the threads. I let the client know that the wet sensor got a little bit of water on it so I left it unplugged so it can dry out.

Completed the Central AC maintenance and the mini split maintenance. Everything went great! I found inside of the furnace two gas leaks and a gas leak below the shut-off for the furnace. After repairing the leaks I gas sniffed all lines with my electronic sniffer and everything was good. No more leaks. Please see the attached form as well.

Completed the mini split maintenance today. I recommended all three heads be deep cleaned. She approved a deep cleaning for the bedroom head which is the worst one. Other than that the system is running great! Please see the attached forms.

Found that the drain line was getting clogged. I cleaned out the drain pan and line with cleaner and hot water. I also blew out the line with a CO2 cartridge. After putting it all back together I tested operation and everything was working great.

I was there for about 40 minutes and everything was operating normally. I didn't hear any abnormal noises when the units were turning on, running or shutting off. I let the client know if he hears it again to try to get it on video and send it over to us.
