Check plumbing everything was fine
Qwentin did a great job! He was very thorough in cleaning my AC unit (which hadn’t been done in years) and did it with a smile on his face! Very personable as well, I enjoyed talking to him and he explained everything that he was doing. Getting to my AC unit was not easy but he loved the challenge. 🙂
I started off with washing the outdoor units coil with water and coil cleaner. I checked the electrical connections and the capacitor and everything looked great. I went inside and I changed the air filter that the client supplied. I checked the indoor blower motor capacitor and the electrical connections and everything looked great. Lastly, I connected my gauges and ran the unit. I noticed that the unit was a little low on refrigerant. The unit was still doing a great job cooling, I got a 20° temp split. The Unit is from 1999 and I talked to the client and explained that it would be best to replace the AC system in the future instead of repairing it.
From my first meeting with Zak to the install with Adam, everything went exceptionally well! Very professional, great communication, and a competitive price. I highly recommend GSMS if you’re looking for a ductless mini-split installation or any other heating or plumbing needs for that matter. Thanks guys for the great job!

Installation of a single-zone mini-split system to provide the finished area (estimated of a maximum of 1,000 sq ft) with reliable heating and cooling. The pre-wired electrical circuit will be modified to allow for the proper breaker size. We highly recommend surge protection be installed on the circuit. Service outlet is already installed to meet building code. Indoor head will be wall mounted in the den room. Line set will penetrate the exterior and run over to the outdoor unit location, at foundation level.
I started off with cleaning the outside units coil with water. Next, I checked electrical connections and everything looked good. I then went inside and I cleaned all of the indoor coils with hot water and Dawn soap. I vacuumed the filters off. They were very clean. The client mentioned that the ducted head for his bedroom, the MHK 2 thermostat was saying to change the filters often. I pulled one of the filters from the return grill and noticed that it was a high MERV rating. I let the client know that it’s too restrictive of a filter so that might be the issue why it’s saying to change the filter so frequently.

Today we performed a maintenance on your furnace. The only problem we found was a cracked fitting off of the inducer. We were able to reseal it with hugh temperature silicone. I highly recommend planning on replacing the furnace due to its age. I spoke with Ian and he would like an estimste set uo with Zak. Gina will reach out to book that. We added hangers to the unsupported gas line.
Pm on boiler,replaced expansion tank and relief valve

Replacement of draft inducer motor. Based off of diagnosis from another provider, motor was reading out higher than it should.

Furnace repair. Found that the furnace had stopped producing heat due to a malfunctioning blower motor. Promptly replaced it with a new, energy-efficient model. Once the repair was complete, the furnace ran smoothly, restoring warmth to the home.
Recommend replacing water heater as it is approximately 13 years old. Replaced with tall tank to fit in narrow opening. I had to move the gas line as well. Bleed air from lines and test combustion/ safe operation. Thank you!
Cleaned meter bar nuts and replaced gaskets
The GSMS HomeClub heating maintenance was completed on your HydroTherm natural gas boiler. I cleaned the burners and pilot assembly. I checked the operating components of the boiler. I recommend replacing the expansion tank as it is failed. I recommend fixing the piping when replacing the tank since you are not supposed to install an expansion tank in a horizontal position. With the boiler already drained down for that repair I recommend replacing the boiler hyvent and expansion valve. I a.so noticed the age of the water heater being from 2011. I’d recommend replacing the tank to be proactive or installing an emergency shut off valve on the water heater water supply.
Condensate pump failed. It was tripping the GFCI outlet. I replaced it with a new pump and checked operation. I also ran some cleaner through the new one to maintain cleanliness and to clean out the discharge tubing. Thank you!

Today we performed the heating maintenance on the natural gas Nordyne furnace. We also cleaned the humidifier and the drain. We also replaced the humidifier pad. We replace the air filter. Everything looks good and we recommend zero repairs. Thank you.
I repaired a no-heat issue on a Trane gas furnace in Hooksett, NH. The furnace had a faulty igniter, which was preventing the burners from lighting. I replaced the defective igniter with a new OEM part and tested the furnace through a full heating cycle. After verifying that the gas pressure and airflow were within specifications, the system was restored to normal operation. The homeowner now has consistent heat, and I recommended regular maintenance to ensure long-term performance throughout the winter.
Look at replacing shower
Replacement of existing gas boiler with new cast iron boiler. Tuck unit over to the right to allow for more space next to washer & dryer. Also re-do gas piping on exterior due to rust concern and paint. *Pipe to allow for future indirect water heater.
Everything went great.
Performed fall maintenance on a Lennox EL296V furnace. I cleaned the burner assembly, inspected the heat exchanger, and replaced the air filter. Checked the blower motor and lubricated any moving parts. Tested the thermostat to ensure it was functioning correctly, and ran the system through a heating cycle. Everything is working efficiently and ready for winter.
Installed a new Rinnai RL94eP tankless water heater. I disconnected the old unit and installed the new one, connecting the gas and water supply lines. Added a pressure relief valve and flushed the system to remove any debris from the lines. Tested for leaks and ensured the heater was operating correctly, providing the customer with efficient, on-demand hot water.
My mini split needed to be recharged last month during the long heat wave we had. During that service call, they injected something To check for leaks and came back yesterday to see results. They found a small leak and promptly sent my invoice and a quote to repair. No hassles, no waiting.
