Having a knack for solving problems and working with his hands, Mark found himself in the trades. Moving up from CT to NH, he started his own business… and the rest is history. If he’s not running a service call, you can find Mark working on DIY projects or off on a run.

Heading back to the age of 5 riding shotgun in the work vans, Zak knew deep down he wanted to work for the family business. After going to UNH he couldn't keep away, and has been loving GSMS since. Zak runs our day-to-day show while also designing projects for our clients. He couldn't do what he does without the team. Outside of work, Zak enjoys gardening and hanging out with his two giant poodles!

Jack, like Zak, has been working with the family business since he was a toddler. Today, he takes care of our clients by ensuring their systems are working at maximum efficiency and safely. Outside of work, you can find Jack hiking a mountain or enjoying a ride on his bike.

Adam has been with GSMS since 1995! He's an asset to our team; you can meet him on your new installation project or your service visit… he does it all.

Quinn has an extensive construction background and joined Team GSMS in 2022 to enter the HVAC and Plumbing trades. Quinn helps out Jack, Adam, and Mark while also picking up knowledge to further himself and our clients.

Gina is the smiling face you'll be greeted with when you call, email, or text into the office! Gina specializes in ensuring our clients are taken care of from installations to services. Gina is an avid Britney Spears fan! In her free time, she volunteers at a local animal shelter.
