Everything looked good. I performed a boiler maintenance on your Burnham natural gas boiler. The combustion analysis and it was within specs. Checked LWCO and it worked great. Gas pressures were within spec.
Looked at steam boiler got info for tune up and measure to price Rinnai
Furnace maintenance went great. We went through your York natural gas warm air furnace. We changed the air filter in your furnace as well as the humidifier pad on your aprilaire humidifier. See you next summer for your AC tune up!

Replace flapper

Everything went great with the annual boiler maintenance/ cleaning on your Viessmann Boiler. We will order the target wall refractory under warranty and replace it next season as it looks good enough for one more heating season. While I was working on the boiler I smelt gas.. I investigated the smell further and found a small gas leak at the drier with with my electronic gas leak detector! I tightened the connection on the flexible gas supply connector and the leak was fixed. Thank you!
Remove old shower and prep drain for new shower. Scott will come in and remove sheet rock and build a wall. We will return back and install a shower and shower valve. Scott will return to complete finish; install sheetrock and paint. Shower door will be installed as final completion. Scott will work directly with client - his estimate to complete work will not exceed $2,000. This price is not reflected in our proposal.

Use cutter on snake to clean roots from main out into sewer. I made 3 passes and definitely broke up some root clusters. Replace fill valve in second floor bathroom by stairs.
Old rubber coupling was cracked from age. I replaced it with a new one. Tested for leaks. All set.
Replaced shower & tub valve,removed bucket trap and replaced with p trap and atm vent,connected plumbing to kitchen sink
Gave estimate on new toilers
Installed a Rinnai RU199iN tankless water heater today for a customer in Nashua. Mounted the unit securely, connected the gas line using approved fittings, and installed the concentric venting for proper exhaust. Connected the cold and hot water lines with isolation valves for easy maintenance and tested for leaks. The system was then purged of air and tested for correct operation. Ensured that the MC-91-2 temperature control panel was functioning and calibrated for energy efficiency.
Charged the AC system with 4 pounds of R-22 refrigerant to restore proper cooling capacity. Also a leak sealant to the system to address any minor leaks in the refrigerant lines. Monitored the system pressures to ensure they stabilized within the recommended range. After the sealant was applied, the system was tested to confirm that it was now operating efficiently without leaks. This procedure should help maintain the system's performance throughout the cooling season.
