Slow draining/ backed up kitchen and bathroom sink. Clear out drain with snake. Use lye to flush drain. Test drainage! All set. Thank you!

Replaced tub cartridge and kitchen faucet
Drain cleaning. Ran snake twice through sewer main. Snake wasn't long enough to clear blockage
I washed the outside coil with water. I then went inside and I cleaned the indoor coil with Dawn soap and water. I washed the air filters with Dawn soap and water as well. Lastly I tested to see the temperature coming out and it was 130°. Everything looks great.
Plumbing installation. Replaced a customer's garbage disposal. Tested it upon completion and it is working properly.
I found the garbage disposal to not turn on. I noticed the switch was very loose. The switch was bad and needed to be replaced. Once the disposal was getting power you could hear it humming. It was decently jammed up so I cleared it up! I tested it multiple times and all is well. Thank you!
I replaced the outdoor frost free faucet today. I checked it for leaks and all is well. I then performed a cleaning on the AC. All is well.
Pm on boiler,closet in front of boiler needs louver door if you put door there.Also need louver door on other side of boiler by hot water heater if you put door there.
I started off with checking all electrical connections inside and everything looked good. The client replaces his own filters. I cleaned the trap and condensate pump with cleaner. Next I went outside and washed the outdoor unit with water and then soap. I checked the electrical connections outside and everything looked perfect. Lastly I checked the operating pressures in heating mode since it wasn’t warm enough to do it in air conditioning mode. The pressures looked good.
