Some call it “the fine print” but we like to refer to it as our definitions. It’s all about communication and what to expect from us with your new club!
- *GSMS Rewards may be applied to any major expense over $5,000. No cash value. Cannot be combined with other offers.
- ˆMembership programs are a monthly subscription. Renewal and re-enrollment will continue until a written notice of termination is received at the office; allow up to two weeks for termination processing. Minimum 24-month subscription. $120 early cancellation fee per system.
- GSMS defines “emergencies” as no heat or hot water, sewer system backups, gas leaks, plumbing failure that causes interior flooding, clogged toilets (if it is the only toilet in the home), and no AC (when temperatures are above 90 degrees). Does not include sewer main blockages as that is not a service we offer.
- GSMS Home Club is per property and for residential clients only. For example, if you have more than one home, you will need a separate membership for each home.
- GSMS Home Club is designed to pre-plan maintenance on the major mechanical systems in your home. This is a maintenance agreement, however it does not cover the cost of additional labor or materials.
- 10% discount is applied to repairs only. Discounts cannot be applied to maintenance or system installations.
- Supply of air filters, IAQ accessories, and anode rods are not included in the membership benefits.
- The club membership is non-refundable, if the first visit has been performed or the amount of the discounts you received on your repairs have exceeded the price of the membership you purchased. Your signature approving the estimate and the acknowledgment of services rendered will serve as your approval of this service contract.
HVAC & Plumbing Maintenance Service FAQs
We recommend servicing your heating and cooling systems at least once a year—ideally in the spring for cooling and fall for heating. Routine maintenance improves performance, helps avoid costly breakdowns, and extends equipment life. Our GSMS Home Club covers all of this and more!
Most filters should be changed every 1 to 3 months, depending on the type of filter, your system, and household factors like pets, allergies, and how often you're home.
Your water heater should be serviced one time annually to prevent sediment buildup and improve efficiency.
