Replacement of the existing tank water heater with a new Rinnai tankless water heater. The new unit will be installed in the same location, with a new electrical outlet routed to provide power. The new venting will exit at the same location as the existing. A new dedicated 1" gas line will be installed from the meter to the water heater to provide enough capacity.
