REPLACE OUTSIDE FAUCET AND RELOCATE SHUT OFF VALVE

AC maintenance on garage system and home system. The maintenance went great! I only had to replace the capacitor on the furnace in the garage.

Maintenance on Laars Mascot II boiler. Everything went great. New ignitor, cleaned flame rod, remove burner, clean burners, clean heat exchanger, remove condensation trap and thoroughly clean. Check combustion results. I had to adjust high and low fire to get the required 9% CO2. Thank you!

I started off with cleaning the indoor coil with Dawn soap and water. I brushed and flushed the condensate trap with cleaner. I checked electrical connections and everything looked good. I went outside and I washed the outdoor units coil with water and coil cleaner. I checked the capacitor and that was in spec. Electrical connection looked good as well. The client replaces there own filters. Lastly, I ran the unit in heating mode and the pressures looked good.

Started off with washing the outdoor units coil with coil cleaner and water. I checked all electrical connections and everything looked good. Next, I replaced the air filter that the client supplied. The client already turned off the humidifier. I checked some wiring connections, everything looked good. I washed the indoor evaporator coil with soap and water. I brushed and flushed the trap in the condensate pump with cleaner. Lastly, I ran the system and everything looked great.

I started off with washing the outdoor units coil with water and coil cleaner. I found a dead mouse inside of the unit, but it didn’t chew any wires. All the electrical connections and the capacitor were all good. Next I went inside and I replaced the air filter on the air handler. The client supplies her own filters. I washed the indoor coil with Dawn soap. I flushed the trap as well. I checked the capacitor and electrical connections and everything looked great. Lastly I ran the system and tested the operating pressures and everything was running good.

Plumbing installations. I replaced a dishwasher shut off and installed plumbing for a new sink.

I had the client operste the heat to put a load on the home. I then turned on the AC and manipulated outdoor unit pressures by restricting condenser air flow. The pressures were close to what the manufacturer requires. The subcooling is off but it is 50 degrees and wet outside so I cannot go off on this reading. The Delta T inside was well within manufacturer specifications when referencing the dry and wet bulb return air temperatures. I would like to come back when it is at least 70-75 degrees outside in order to complete the system commissioning. Thank you!

Replace toilet shut off valve

I started off cleaning the outside unit with coil cleaner and water. Electrical connections and everything looked good. The capacitor was in spec as well. Next I went inside and I cleaned the indoor evaporator coil with Dawn soap and water. I flushed the condensate pump with drain cleaner. I inspected the wiring and it looked good. The capacitor on the indoor blower motor was way out of spec so I replaced it. The client replaces her own filters. I found that the PVC drain line going from the evaporator coil to the condensate pump wasn’t glued so I glued it for her. Lastly, I checked the system operating pressures and everything looked great.

I started off with washing the coil from the inside out on the outdoor unit with water. I checked all the wiring connections and everything looked good. Next I went inside and I cleaned all the filters with dawn soap and water. I cleaned the coils on the indoor heads with dawn soap and hot water. I noticed that the living room mini split head was pretty dirty so I recommended to the client to have that deep cleaned. Over all everything looked great!

Remove existing system and replace with our new Lennox high-efficiency gas-fired furnace with a new central air system. Return will be adapted to allow for either our standard AirBear filtration system or our Lennox PureAir Purification system which will work in coordination with your new s40 thermostat to understand weather conditions and purify the air on high pollen days. Existing CSST gas line that feeds the furnace will be replaced with rigid black iron piping to allow for a safe installation. Existing refrigerant copper lines will be flushed and re-used with the new system due to the nature of them being burried in the wall cavity. Existing 2" PVC venting will be replaced up to the ceiling penetration. Upon acceptance of this proposal, we will need to coordinate with your building maintenance to confirm the discharge location of your venting. The Mechanical Inspector of Merrimack is going to want verification of the venting. New s40 wifi smart thermostat will be installed to

I started off with checking all the wiring on the indoor unit and everything looks good. Next I checked the capacitor for the blower motor and it was inspect. The client replaces his own air filters and the one in it looked very clean. Next I went to the outdoor unit and I cleaned it with coil cleaner and water. I checked the electrical connections and the capacitor. Everything looked good. Lastly, I ran the unit to test the pressures and that looked good as well. The client wanted us to take a look at plumbing his shut off valve for the water spigot and potentially a new spigot as well. The location that the shut off valve is in he cannot access it.

Did plumbing inspection everything look good

Existing system will be upgraded to provide reliable and efficient heating and cooling to your home. Our Lennox Signature Collection Series will comprise of a heat pump, gas furnace, and zoning controls to provide comfort. New venting will be installed. Current return drop will be modified with our new return base to provide proper airflow as required for larger systems. Three new zone thermostats will be installed that are compatible with the Lennox Smart Zoning system. Dampers, which were recently replaced, will be re-used. AirBear Filtration System installed as standard, as an option our PureAir Filtration system is also available. Existing humidifier will be re-installed and connected to the new s40 thermostat for control over humidity.
