I needed a new fan motor for my air conditioner. Jack replaced the motor and it ran for about 30 minutes and stoped. I called the company and explained what I had observed and they sent Mark out the next day to replace the motor and the same thing happened. They ordered a replacement motor from the air conditioner company, Mark installed it and problem was solved. This was all done very professionally and within a reasonable time period.Great company to deal with.

Had to change motor with universal one
Jack is a very knowledgeable technician. He serviced my AC unit and found the fan motor was on its way out. He showed me the problem with the motor and had a replacement on his truck. Jack is very friendly guy and does not hesitate to discuss what he is doing and why. When he was finished, I received a complete report on items he had tested or inspected. I am Pleased he will be handling my HVAC system. Gina was also very helpful in arraigning my appointment.

Replaced dual cap on pool heater
Jack was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough in solving our AC problem.

AC maintenance. Found low subcooling. After all the troubleshooting efforts I was able to raise it a small amount. Hopefully enough to notice improvement in operation.

Installed dye& sealant

Disassembled tankless water heater in order to clean it all soot that has built up and clogged up the heat exchanger.

I started off cleaning the outdoor units coil with water and coil cleaner. I checked the electrical connections and the capacitor and everything looked good. I went inside and I replaced the air filter with a 20 x 25 x 5 air bear filter. I brushed and flushed the trap with cleaner. I turned off the bypass humidifier. I checked the electrical connections and they looked good. Lastly, I ran the AC unit and everything was operating as it should.

Unit is low on charge.Did estimate to add dye and 410a feon

Replaced aqua piston in master bed rm toilet and aqua piston and canister gasket in second floor toilet.Also replaced spray head on kitchen sink.

Replace sprinkler backflow valve

I started off with washing the outdoor unit with water and coil cleaner. I checked all the electrical connections and everything looked great. I then went inside and checked the indoor blower capacitor and that was inspect. All the connections look good as well. The client replaces their own air filter. Lastly I ran the unit and tested the operating pressures. I found that the unit had a high superheat and low pressures indicating that there is a leak somewhere in the system. I talked to the Client and she is going to talk it over with her husband if they want to recharge the unit or replace the whole system.

I started off with cleaning the outdoor units coil with water and soap. I cleaned the outside of the unit as well. I’ve checked all the electrical connections and they looked good. I went inside and vacuumed the indoor filters. I cleaned the two wall heads coils with dawn soap and water. Lastly, I ran all the zones in max heat mode and the temperatures looked good.

Today I diagnosed the issue with your Number 10 error code on your rinnai as a sooted up heat exchanger. Gaskets neat to be ordered and the heat exchnager needs to be disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. We will clean the burners while we have it apart as well. I noticed a leaking fitting on your furnace so I replaced that today as well. Thank you!

I started off with cleaning the outside coils with coil cleaner and water. Next, I checked all the electrical connections, the capacitor and everything looked good. I checked all the electrical connections and the capacitor and everything looked great. Lastly, I checked the systems operating pressures and the system was running very good.

I found that though hard start kit was blown open. I also found that capacitor was out of spec. I replaced both the capacitor and the hard start kit. I checked the pressures and I was getting ok readings, but I noticed that the outdoor coil was really dirty. I told the client that she should get a maintenance done on her system.

Sent estimate to replace backflow preventer

Replaced 4 canister gaskets o master toilet, Daughters toilet,entry toilet and guest rm toilet.Also replaced fill valve in daughters bathrm and guest rm bath rm.Aquapiston need to be replaced in master bath,guest rm,bath rm by second floor tv.Cleaned screen on kitchen faucet spray head.

I started off inside with vacuuming the indoor unit out. Next I replaced the air filter, the client supplies her own filters. I cleaned the indoor coil with Dawn soap and water. I flushed the trap with drain cleaner. I checked electrical connections and everything looks good. I went outside and I washed the outdoor unit with coil cleaner and water. I checked the capacitor and it was inspect. All the wiring looked great as well. The Client has a sediment filter so I changed that for her as well.
