AC pm & minisplit PM. We will send estimate to move ERV exhaust vent.
I started off with washing the outdoor units coil with water. I checked all the electrical connections and everything looked good. Next I went inside and I washed the filters with Dawn soap and water. I washed the indoor coils as well with soap and water. Lastly, I ran the system and cooling mode and everything was running great.

I found the power to be off to the system which was causing the thermostat to not work. I turned the power on to the system and it works. I did not evaluate the furnace itself due to the propane not being hooked up. I remounted the thermostat to the wall.
