Primary side of transformer shorted out. Caused by power issue on 3/17. I replaced and tested operation. We will order limit switches to replace to help prevent intermittent low voltage short issue.
Shower valve, 2 new space kick heaters, bleed lines.
Both boilers faulted out. See invoice line item for details. Thank you!
Replace filter housing.
See invoice line item descriptions* Connected the temperature and pressure relief valve overflow pipe correctly.
Replace batteries in downstairs thermostat.
Install pressure reducing valve and check valve.
Replace the sediment filter and O-ring supplying cold water to the Rheem tankless water heater.
I found the leak at the water heater to be caused by a leaking expansion tank. I replace it and tested for leaks. All set thank you!
Today I replaced the old thermostat cable that mice had destroyed. I ran an 8 conductor cable for the future system in mind.

Furnace PM.
I found the cause of no heat to be a plugged furnace drain. I disassembled and cleaned the furnace trap and drain. I tested for operation after. Thank you!
No heat for furnace caused by bad thermostat. I replaced it today. The ductless system was not working due to the outdoor power being shutoff via the disconnect.
GSMS HomeClub plumbing visit. Everything went well. There are only a few repairs that I reccomend and I have sent over in an estimate!
Could not find cause of error code. System running properly. I replaced dripping relief valve. Thank you!
Found R&W shorted. I rewired using the cooling wire. We will send estimate to replace thermostat cable.
Investigate ticking noise caused by second floor sink. I found the pantry shelves to be screwed into the 3" stack going upstairs. I cut out the section and replaced it. Tested for leaks and all set. Thank you!

Replace the failing expansion tank and the leaking Hy-Vent. We will need to confirm the levels of glycol in the system when we complete this work. If glycol is present in the system, an additional charge will be added.

Install 2 supply valves, cutout old ice maker valve, cutout and bypass water softener system.
Air bound second floor loop due to mono flow tee piping. Installed air vent to air in purging of system. We ensured warm supplies and returns! Thank you.

I never thought I’d meet anyone as cool nice and kind as Mark but Jack was amazing. He took on the dirty job.. No problem He was super communicative and explained everything. I’m really grateful to have Granite State Mechanical on speed dial.
Jack was once again on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. All GSMS staff are courteous and extremely professional. I wouldn’t go with anyone else.
