August’s We Love Local: 7 Years of the Delta Dental/Elliot Corporate 5K
For August’s We Love Local, GSMS was proud to participate in the Delta Dental/Elliot Corporate 5K for the seventh year!
While we love the energy, excitement, and community spirit that comes with this Manchester tradition, what makes this event especially meaningful to us is the cause behind it. Funds raised through the 5K support the Solinsky Center for Cancer Care at The Elliot, helping provide important programs and services to patients and families facing cancer.
From wellness and nutrition programs to rehabilitation and other supportive services, these resources help care for the whole person—not just the illness. Knowing that the money raised stays right here in our community and helps people during such a difficult time is exactly why this event means so much to us.
This year also brought back a special GSMS memory. Seven years ago, Zak, Mark, and Jack participated in their very first Corporate 5K together. What started as three members of our team has become a tradition we look forward to every summer!
This year, we were also excited to have some of our family members join us for the race, making an already special tradition even more meaningful. It was a great night of running, cheering each other on, and supporting a cause that matters so much to our community.
We’re proud to continue showing up for an event that brings our community together while supporting such an important cause.
