May's We Love Local: The Barrington Peeper 5K
For this month's We Love Local, the GSMS team was proud to lace up for one of our favorite local traditions: the Barrington Peeper 5K. This marked our 3rd year sponsoring the race, and it was every bit as fun as we hoped.
Our role on race day was a simple but important one. We helped keep runners fueled and going strong with water, electrolytes, and snacks, so everyone had what they needed to cross the finish line. A few familiar GSMS faces, a whole lot of community spirit, and one fantastic race day. What more could you ask for?
What made this one extra special is that even while much of our crew was busy volunteering elsewhere in the community that same weekend, GSMS was still proudly represented at the Peeper 5K. That spread-out, all-hands kind of day says a lot about the people on this team and how much they care about showing up for Barrington.
At GSMS, we believe giving back does not always have to be big to be meaningful. Sometimes it is as simple as handing a runner a cup of water at exactly the right moment or being a friendly face along the route. As a family-run New Hampshire business since 1987, we look forward to supporting events like this one every single year.
