Replacement of existing in-wall A/C system with new system that is a direct replacement. This is a heat pump unit which will allow for more efficient heating abilities compared to traditional resistive electric heat. This assumes the ability to reuse existing electrical circuit. If the circuit needs to be modified, that will be an additional charge.

Installation of a four-zone mini-split system to provide the home with cooling and supplemental heating. The outdoor unit will be placed on the back side of the home, centered. A small roof guard will be installed by Scott Woodbury to protect the outdoor unit from snow damage during the winter months. Four indoor heads will be installed: One in the living room. One in the dining room, facing the sunroom. One in the downstairs bedroom. One in the upstairs bedroom. All indoor units, with the exception of the upstairs bedroom unit, will require the wall cavity to be opened by GSMS to run the refrigerant lines through to the basement, and then through the basement to reach the outdoor unit location. Scott Woodbury, our carpenter, will repair the opened walls. Specifically, the living room and downstairs bedroom units will have the wall opened on the bedroom side to run both lines together, minimizing disruption. 07/28/2025- Chiller 1 has 2 compressors down. We bypassed them to keep 1/3 on system 1 on. System 2 online. Chiller 2 system 1 online, system 2 offline. We will return tomorrow to diagnose further and clean coils on all condenser for Chiller 2. 07/29/2025- Chiller 2 system 2 HPCO switch failed open. Will quote replacement. Chiller 1, system 1, compressors 1 and 2 have burnt out terminal connections.
