Warranty damper replacement.
Replaced shower arm
Found that there was a mouse nest inside of the unit. Found the main board and the outdoor fan motor both need to get replaced. The unit is not under warranty anymore. We will send over the estimate to repair it in the next couple of days.
Replace toilet
Replace both of the out door control boards. Turned both indoor units on to test operation. They were both blowing cold air. I cycled them multiple times to make sure everything was running properly and they were.
Check kitchen faucet found diveter plugged,recommend new faucet.Removed fill valve in master bath toilet and adjusted water level.Removed hot and cold water lines in basement faucet and cleaned screens.

Serial Communication Error. Trouble shooting via the service instructions deemed a failed AFM and PCB. We have sent an email of the estimate to replace. I called Fujitsu and the unit is under warranty.

I needed to have shut off valves under my kitchen sink and a new hose attachment on my sprayer since the cheap plastic tubing was cracked. Mark was punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding the job. I am always impressed with GSM and how they run their family business. Mark completed the job quickly and efficiently. I can trust GSM and will continue to seek their help in the help in the future. GSM has installed a mini split, oil boiler, hot water heater in my home and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
