Completed furnace maintenance today. Everything went great! I replaced the air filter and the humidifier pad. Please see the attached form.
Good service and very efficient. Easy to address issues and coordinate appointments.
Replaced thermocouple and low water cut off
Replace draft inducer motor
Check furnace for winter,check all controls,gas pressure and cleaned flame sensor everything this fine
I found a bad inducer motor with open windings. We will send an estimate to replace.
Replace control board on Rinnai boiler. I found that the 4000 hour service is due. I also noticed a leaking water sensor.
Onstall Lennox S40 thermostat. Perform furnace maintenance. I reccomend installing gas low pressure switch and replacing the inducer vent coupling.
Replaced the failed roll out switch. Tested operation and everything was working as it should.
Pull and reset toilet. Add strong washers for handicap toilet purposes. Replace supply line that was leaking.
No Heat. Three way valve in boiler failed. I was able to temporarily repair it for now. We will order warranty replacement.

Very pleased with GSMS!! Today we had Qwentin who did the fall service on our furnace. Super nice young man that is very polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend GSMS! We could not be happier with this company. 5 star!!!!

Jack came right on time and figured out my heating problem right away. He got me a new thermostat, installed it and the price was very fair for his time and the new thermostat.
GSMS has been the most professional and helpful company we have worked with. They have helped with a handful of small project with plumbing and heating issues leading up to them installing a brand new boiler into our home. They were always willing to answer any questions I had and even made noise visits to talk about the project which was greatly appreciated. Every person that has come to help us out has been so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful which makes the project so much better. The new installation of the boiler went smoothly and they were able to explain everything going on to me when I asked and left me feeling so great with the new unit that was put In. We will continue use GEMS due to their fair pricing, great quality of work, and the personal care you can feel from everyone that you work with.

Great service and communication from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Showed up when scheduled and did a thorough inspection with diagnosis of two components in our furnace which would cause trouble down the road.
