Error 10 on Rinnai. Burners were plugged up. I blew them out with compressed nitrogen. We ran multiple fixtures to ensure hot water. 140F set at the tank which is very hot. I confirmed with client that it has always been set at that temperature.

I found that the blower motor has failed. I replaced the blower motor, the capacitor and cleaned the squirrel cage and blower housing assembly. I tested operations and the unit is cooling. I would highly recommend a maintenance to be done. The outside coil was very dirty. Regarding the sweating water pipes I can reach out to the team for ideas.

Cleaned up the pump internals and it is working. A piece on the pump is slightly broken but I was able to seal it. I cycled over a quart of water through the pump and no leaks. I reccomend replacing the pump with a better option.

Found that the liquid line filter dryer has a leak in it. I was able to complete the first half of the maintenance as well. Mark will complete the plumbing, finish the other half of the maintenance and replace the filter dryer, then charge up the system.

I needed to have shut off valves under my kitchen sink and a new hose attachment on my sprayer since the cheap plastic tubing was cracked. Mark was punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding the job. I am always impressed with GSM and how they run their family business. Mark completed the job quickly and efficiently. I can trust GSM and will continue to seek their help in the help in the future. GSM has installed a mini split, oil boiler, hot water heater in my home and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
