Pm on furnaces check gas pressures,cleaned flame sensor,replaced cut to fit filter on first floor unit and replaced basement air bear 20x25x5

Removed toilet and snake main line.Blocked with solids.
As always very easy to work with GSMS, professional and timely with no unexpected issues or problems.
Clear out sewer main with cleaner. Block didnt look bad when I pulled cleanout. If it backs up please call the referral I left with you.
Completed both gas furnace maintenances. Everything went great! I replaced the filters for both units. Please see the attached form.
This option outlines a complete system replacement that keeps the outdoor condensing unit in its original location. It utilizes a Lennox Elite Two-Stage gas furnace paired with a highly reliable Lennox Merit Single-Stage air conditioner. While the AC operates at a standard single speed, you will still see a major benefit during the winter months. The Elite furnace operates in two distinct stages (a low gear and a high gear). For the vast majority of the winter, it runs efficiently in its quieter "low gear," which allows for longer, smoother heating cycles that drastically improve the temperature balance in hard-to-reach rooms like your upstairs offices. Scope of Work 1. Indoor Equipment & Air Quality The Furnace: We will safely remove the old equipment and install a new, high-efficiency Lennox Elite Two-Stage gas furnace. The Coil: We will install a matched Lennox indoor evaporator coil. Filtration Upgrade: We will install a new high-capacity Right Angle Air Bear filter cabinet (

In the twelve years that zI have had the ductless mini splits, never has a cleaning been done that I just experienced. I cannot say enough regarding this young man who went above and beyond and paid attention to every detail. It was a pleasant experience and he had incredible patience with my pup who followed him throughout the house.

GSMS has been the most professional and helpful company we have worked with. They have helped with a handful of small project with plumbing and heating issues leading up to them installing a brand new boiler into our home. They were always willing to answer any questions I had and even made noise visits to talk about the project which was greatly appreciated.
