Completed the AC maintenance today. The system is not a matching system and the outdoor unit is oversized. The unit is having issues so the inside coil is icing up and then melting through the panel and dripping water into the furnace. We are going to reach out to you as soon as possible with a solution. I let the client know for now to not run the unit for more than an hour at a time and that afterwards to leave the fan running to dethaw the ice on the coil.

Found the GFCI breaker was tripped. I reset it and the condensate pump turned on. I ran a gallon of cleaner through the condensate pump and it turned on, it was operating as it should. I told the client that it could have been moisture that tripped it and I did find a wire to be loose inside of the outlet. I told him to keep an eye on it for a few days.
