Completed the oil boiler maintenance today. I started off with replacing the oil filter, the pump strainer and gasket and the nozzle. I performed a combustion analyzer test, this checks the units CO, CO2 and oxygen levels. The boiler was running great. As the boiler started to heat up I noticed that there was water leaking under it. The client wanted to leave it for now and keep an eye on it. The indirect water tank has been leaking for a little bit. We will send over an estimate to replace it. I let the client know that we need to do a water test since she has no water treatment. She said that she was going to do the water test and sen
