This proposal outlines the installation of a high-efficiency 2-zone Mitsubishi Hyper Heat ductless system. This system will completely eliminate your reliance on window AC units by providing powerful, whisper-quiet air conditioning throughout the summer. Furthermore, because it is a Hyper Heat model, it will provide you with highly reliable, efficient heating even during the coldest winter months, perfectly complementing your existing wood stove and helping to massively offset your electric heating usage. Scope of Work 1. Indoor Equipment & Placement Zone 1: Living Room We will install a wall-mounted ductless head in the living room area, positioned to the right of the side door. (We have confirmed measurements to ensure a perfect fit in this location). Zone 2: Primary Bedroom (Downstairs) We will install a wall-mounted ductless head on the gable end of the home in the primary bedroom for dedicated comfort control. 2. Vacuum sack was worn out and fouled in showroom mens visitor bathroom. Replaced with new. Flushed many times to ensure it is no longer leaking. Thank you.

Replacement of existing 40-gallon electric water heater. New tank will be installed and reconnected to plumbing system. Mixing valve, expansion tank, and vacuum breaker added to meet building code. New drain pan installed with an emergency water shut-off valve for future leak protection.
