Completed the maintenance on all six gas boilers. Pulled all the burner tubes and cleaned them. Cleaned the pilot assembly as well. Gas sniffed all the pilot tube connections, and found no leaks. Tested incoming and outgoing gas pressure. Performed a combustion analyzer test that checks for CO, CO2 and oxygen levels.

Installation of a single-zone mini-split heat pump system to provide the basement with heating and cooling. A wall-mounted indoor unit will be installed on the exterior basement wall. We will core through the concrete foundation to allow the lines and condensate to exit to the exterior of the home. The outdoor unit will be mounted to the foundation with a wall bracket mount. All electrical work will be completed by the client's electrician. We request that the electrical circuit for the system has a dedicated surge protector or that the home has a whole-home surge protector. Important Note: This is a low-temp unit, designed to provide highly efficient heating performance even in low outdoor temperatures.

Today I analyzed the boiler in the home. I found the pump neutral wired to L1 on the zone board, I switched that. I noticed that all of the pumps are on the return side, there are no zone valves present. This is what is causing zones to heat up when they aren't supposed to. This is also causing the issue with the first floor heat not feeling as warm, especially the bathroom.

Completed the maintenance on the oil boiler. I replaced the oil filter, the pump strainer, the nozzle and the electrodes. I removed the flue pipe and brushed and vacuumed the heat exchanger. The 90° elbow and the reducer that sits in the chimney both broke so that had to be replaced. I ran the unit and performed a combustion analyzer test. This checks for CO, CO2 and oxygen levels and everything was running great. I also had zero smoke.

Installation of a single-zone mini-split system to provide cooling and heating to the new addition space. Finished space of 12' x 13'. Unit will be wall-mounted and the outdoor unit will be placed on the side of the addition. Lines will be encased in our CoverGuard product on the exterior. Scott Woodbury will provide electrician to install dedicated 240V circuit needed.

Completed the maintenance on all four gas boilers. On all of them I pulled out the burner tubes and cleaned them. I vacuumed out the burner box. I cleaned the flame sensors as well. Inspected all the boiler accessories. The only unit that I found any issues with was the boiler that serves 117 Main St. There is a leaking high vent and a leaking relief valve as well.

Finish boiler maintenance agreement work.

I started off with pulling out all the air filters and cleaning them with soap and hot water. I rinsed all the indoor coils with coil cleaner and then rinsed with water. I cleaned the out side of the unit with a wet rag. I completed the ERV maintenance. I cleaned the filters with soap and hot water. I inspected all the components inside. I vacuumed out the core and the inside of the unit. I cleaned the inside of the unit with a wet rag as well.

Replace failed zone board with oem replacement. Test operations of each zone. Replace supply air sensor in RTU for the economizer control. Test operations. All set, thank you!

Replacement of the existing gas furnace and central air unit with a new high-efficiency variable-speed system. A new furnace will be installed with new 2" venting for fresh air and exhaust. The existing CSST gas line will be replaced with black iron piping running from the gas regulator to the new furnace. The return drop will be modified to allow for the installation of our AirBear filtration unit, and all other connections will be remade. The new A/C unit will be placed in the same location, installed on a new gravel footing and a composite unit pad, with a new disconnect and updated electrical connections. The entire system operation will be controlled by a new Lennox S40 smart thermostat.

Installation of an additional zone off of the existing boiler to provide heating for the finished space and workshop in the basement. An additional circulator will be installed off of the existing header at the boiler location. Piping will be installed to route from the boiler location to the baseboard and back, to complete the zone. The existing Taco switching relay will need to be upgraded to allow for the additional zone of heat. A length of baseboard will be installed in the workshop and on the immediate backside, underneath the TV in the finished room, another length of baseboard will be installed. A basic programmable thermostat will be installed in the workshop to control the zone.

Oil service on your Weil-McLain boiler. Everything went well. New nozzle, pump strainer, & tank filter. Combustion was great and it was very clean. I noticed a gridning noise from the burner. I belive it is the burning motor bearings starting to fail. I want to confirm with one of our more experienced technicians before mis-quoting you! When we confirm we will send you the proper quote. Annual maintenance on your Energy Kinetics Fronteir oil boiler. I completed the maintenance according to the manufacturer instructions. Everything went great. There are no necessary repairs.
