added depth to cover guard so the 90 fitting for the electric conduit would tuck behind the cover guard. also added in some adhesive high strength tape to hold up the bottom section.

Put more insulation around supply vent

I found two faulty flare connections which caused the system to lose its refrigerant charge. I cut out the flares and made new ones. I checked all other flare connections and performed a pressure test which held. I pulled a vacuum on the system and refilled with the entire calculated system refrigerant charge. Thank you!

Replacement of existing Nest thermostats with new Nest PRO 4th Generation Silver thermostats. One thermostat per system.

Modify the scope of work to install Reggio Registers for the first-floor registers. Supply and return registers will be ordered based on the sizes required upon installation. Standard Hart & Cooley metal registers will be installed until the special-order Reggio registers arrive. GSMS will then remove the standard registers and install the new Reggio registers. Lead time for custom order registers is 3-4 weeks.

Installation of a modern heat pump system to provide the second floor with cooling and supplemental heating. A mini-ducted unit which will serve son's and daughter's bedroom and office. A single thermostat will control these three rooms. A wall-mounted head will be installed in the primary bedroom. Outside, linehide will travel down the exterior following the line of the chimney for a clean and professional installation. Outdoor unit will be placed next to central system, keeping in mind clearances to protect efficiencies for either system. New circuit installed, we have a service outlet within 25' next to the rear door.
