We will replace the existing Lennox system with a new high-efficiency heating and cooling system to provide ultimate comfort and improved performance. The existing supply and return plenums will be adapted to fit the new system. The return will be modified to incorporate our AirBear whole-home filtration system, helping to deliver cleaner, healthier indoor air. To meet our safety standards, the existing CSST gas piping will be replaced with black iron piping for the connection to the furnace. The PVC venting will also be replaced to comply with the latest installation requirements for the new furnace. A new bypass humidifier will be installed, and we will replace the existing piercing saddle valve with a proper shut-off valve to ensure reliable, worry-free water control. Reception area maintenance completed. I turned the fan down as low as I can and opened another supply damper. If the air velocity is still too much we can add a relief damper into the crawl space. Replace expansion tank. Insulate water lines that are sweating and tripping wet sensor on water heater. I did not end up needing to replace the pressure reducing valve because the bypass valve was in the open position. I closed this valve and your home pressure is now set at 60 psi. Thank you!

No cooling in second floor office. I had to add about 3 pounds of refrigerant to the system. I added a UV dye to keep the system online. We will schedule to come back for a leak search. I also opened a damper in the reception area and lowered the fan speed.
