Replacement of the existing gas furnace with a new high-efficiency Lennox furnace. The existing A/C system will remain in place and will be modified to seamlessly accommodate the new furnace. The return drop will be modified to allow for the installation of our AirBear filtration system, which will provide clean, healthy air for the home and protect the new furnace. New venting will be installed, following the same path to the exterior. A new neutralizing condensate pump will be added to meet code requirements and will drain into the existing washing machine drain. Our new Ecobee smart Wi-Fi thermostat will be installed to provide you with Wi-Fi control, as well as the ability to have better temperature control by using the remote room sensors.

Next, I checked all the electrical connections and everything looked good. I cleaned the flame sensor. I flushed the trap and condensate pump with cleaner. I checked incoming and outgoing gas pressures and everything was inspect. Lastly, when the unit was running, I checked for CO, CO2 and oxygen levels and everything was within manufacture specifications.

Today I was supposed to do a maintenance on your Triangle Tube boiler. There is an ignition recall. We will file and start the recall process. Today I cleaned igniter and took a combustion test to ensure it was operating safely. When we do the recall we will do the maintenance.
