A three-zone mini-split system will be installed to provide the master bedroom and two upstairs bedrooms with cooling and supplemental heating. The outdoor unit will be located under the deck, next to the existing outdoor unit, while maintaining required spacing for ventilation and serviceability. The master bedroom unit will be wall-mounted to the left of the sliding door, with one clean drop of Linehide on the exterior to maintain a neat appearance. Attic access will be used for the guest bedroom unit, allowing the lineset bundle to be routed overhead. Condensate from this unit will drain onto the roofline. The girls’ bedroom will feature a wall-mounted unit, enabling a direct exterior installation. Linehide will be installed in a clean and professional manner to conceal and protect refrigerant lines. Today I relit the pilot. Vacuumed underneath the fire place. Checked for propane leaks with my electronic leak detector and checked for combustion gasses in the living space. Everything was great!

Everything on your Lennox warm air furnace maintenance went great. The air bear air filter looked clean. We did replace the AprilAire humidifier pad on your humidifier. I lit the gas stoves and checked for gas leaks. Thank you!
Replaced the outlet dip tube nipple on the State hybrid HeatPump water heater with a brass nipple as it is an OEM part I do not stock on my van. The threads on the original nipple had been corroded away which was the cause of the leak. I cleaned up the water on the floor. I’d recommend leaving the door open until everything is dry. I will send a price to install the OEM replacement part.
Diagnosed pump as bad. We will comeback Monday to replace it.
