Job Locations and Reviews
Cleaned up the pump internals and it is working. A piece on the pump is slightly broken but I was able to seal it. I cycled over a quart of water through the pump and no leaks. I reccomend replacing the pump with a better option.
Found that the capacitor had failed. I also noticed that the contactor was very pitted most likely the original one. I ended up replacing the contactor, the capacitor and redoing all the wiring connections. Tested the system after and everything was running great!

Found that the system is low on refrigerant. I added 2 lb's of r22 to the system and I added a UV/dye sealant. The office will be in touch about Zak coming out for an estimate to replace the system.
The reason the Lennox system wasn't cooling was that one of the wires coming from the thermostat was loose. I redid the wire and checked the charge on the system and it was running great. I also ran the York unit and checked the charge and that was running good as well!
He arrived on time and was neat and orderly and very pleasant to deal with.
Completed the first AC start up. All my pressures and temperatures looked great. It is ready to start cooling this summer!

Mini split blower wheel was really dirty. Performed a deep cleaning on it. This involves removing all the plastic covering and placing a bib around it. I cleaned it with soap and hot water multiple times. Tested operation at the end and is running great.
Adjusted gas pipe through sill penetration. I also added some frame between the hangers to aid in the noise. If the existing noise is still unsatisfactory please let us know and we can replace with vibration hangers.
Replacement of the existing gas furnace and central air unit with a new high-efficiency variable-speed system. A new furnace will be installed with new 2" venting for fresh air and exhaust. The existing CSST gas line will be replaced with black iron piping running from the gas regulator to the new furnace. The return drop will be modified to allow for the installation of our AirBear filtration unit, and all other connections will be remade. The new A/C unit will be placed in the same location, installed on a new gravel footing and a composite unit pad, with a new disconnect and updated electrical connections. The entire system operation will be controlled by a new Lennox S40 smart thermostat.
Replace 40 gallon propane power vented water heater. All new trim- expansion tank, mixing valve, & vacuum breaker.

A three-zone mini-split system will be installed to provide the master bedroom and two upstairs bedrooms with cooling and supplemental heating. The outdoor unit will be located under the deck, next to the existing outdoor unit, while maintaining required spacing for ventilation and serviceability. The master bedroom unit will be wall-mounted to the left of the sliding door, with one clean drop of Linehide on the exterior to maintain a neat appearance. Attic access will be used for the guest bedroom unit, allowing the lineset bundle to be routed overhead. Condensate from this unit will drain onto the roofline. The girls’ bedroom will feature a wall-mounted unit, enabling a direct exterior installation. Linehide will be installed in a clean and professional manner to conceal and protect refrigerant lines. Today I relit the pilot. Vacuumed underneath the fire place. Checked for propane leaks with my electronic leak detector and checked for combustion gasses in the living space. Everything was great!
