Job Locations and Reviews
I started off with washing the outdoor mini split coil with water. I cleaned the outside of the unit with a rag. I checked electrical connections and everything looked great. Next I went inside and I cleaned all the air filters with Dawn soap and water. I cleaned all the indoor coils with hot dawn soap and water. I ran all the units in cooling mode and everything worked great. I noticed in the living room that the head on the wall needs a deep cleaning. I also noticed that the bottom air vein was cracked where it goes into the vein motor, thus not allowing the vein to fully close.
He was very personable and professional. He explained exactly what was wrong and how he was going to make system right.

I performed a deep cleaning on the living room mini split.
Nobody came to answer. We rang the Ring camera twice and called and left a voicemail. We waited but nobody returned a call or came outside. We have other calls to accomplish.
Today I performed a maintenance on the two stage Goodman propane furnace. Everything looked great on it. I adjusted the incoming gas pressure as well as the high fire manifold gas pressure. I cleaned the vent on the side of the house as it was dirty with pine needles and debris. Thank you!
Replace Lennox combustion blower motor under warranty. Install zone first bypass damper control to help with air noises related to zoning. Thank you!

Look at flashing couldn’t see any signs were water could come in.Put some tar around the neck of flashing.IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN FLASHING WILL HAVE TO BE CHANGED.FLASHING IS Robert’s roof cap.

Replace existing system with new Lennox heating and cooling system. Two speed furnace and variable speed AC to provide reliable and efficient operation. This system works best with zoning. Concentric venting will be removed and replaced with modern two-pipe venting system. Existing two-zone system will be replaced with new ZoneFirst zoning system to provide efficient and reliable zoning capabilities with new zone dampers and new zone panel. Two new basic programmable thermostats will be installed for control of each zone.
In Weare this morning on a repiar call for a 15-year-old State Select SE62-50H-1 50-gallon electric water heater with a leaking pressure relief valve. Drained the tank to reduce pressure, replaced the faulty valve with a new one, and resealed all connections. Inspected the thermostat and upper heating element to ensure they were still functional. Refilled the tank, checked for leaks, and tested the system to confirm that the repair was successful.
Quentin was wonderful!!!! What a great guy!!! He gave us A-1 service and explained everything!! We are never disappointed with GSMS.

I started off with washing the coil out with water. I cleaned the outside with soap. I checked electrical connections and they were good. I then went inside and I cleaned the coils with water and Dawn soap. I found the first floor blower wheel to be very dirty so I wrote an estimate for a cleaning to be done. I then cleaned the air filters with Dawn soap and water as well. I went inside and did a temperature check and the air coming out was 115°. The system is running very good. I talked to Bob and Sue about a water test and possibly a whole house filtration system.
