It utilizes the exact same second-floor layout and standard heat pump capabilities as Design 1, but upgrades the third-floor unit to a low-profile Floor-Mounted Console. Given the specific dimensions and ceiling angles of your third floor, this option provides the absolute cleanest aesthetic and optimal airflow. Scope of Work 1. Indoor Equipment (Third Floor - Floor Mount) Third Floor Space: Install one (1) Mitsubishi Floor-Mounted ductless console. Layout Adjustment: As we discussed during our consultation, utilizing this floor-mounted unit will require a minor rearrangement of the craft table furniture, but it guarantees the most unobtrusive and visually pleasing installation for this unique space. The exterior lines will drop down to meet the second-floor lines in a "T" and run horizontally along the roofline. 2. I started with washing the outdoor units coil with water and soap. I cleaned the outside of the unit as well. Next, I moved inside and I cleaned the coils with Dawn soap and hot water. I cleaned the air filters as well with soap and water. I performed a deep cleaning as well and for that I used soap and water. I ran the system in cooling and everything ran great.

During the maintenance we found the incoming gas pressure to be too high. The regulator would not adjust the gas piping properly. We diagnosed the regulator as failed. We contacted the propane provider and they will contact yo unto schedule the replacement of the regulator. Please contact us to notify us when the provider is performing the replacement so that we can turn the gas back on at the rooftop unit.
Performed a boiler repair on a Lennox GWB8-IE system. The unit wasn’t maintaining consistent heat. I inspected the circulator pump and found air in the system, causing uneven heat distribution. I bled the lines, checked the expansion tank, and tested the pressure relief valve. After repairs, the boiler was running smoothly and providing even heat throughout the home.
