Proposal to replace the three existing A/C systems at Montcalm Properties: System A (serving the second floor of Corriveau Insurance Agency) System B (serving the third floor area for the church / conference room) System C (serving the front offices of the third floor). System A (Corriveau Insurance Agency - Second Floor): This will be a direct replacement. The existing wall return grille in the hallway space will be upsized to a larger size to provide proper airflow for the new system. Due to installation limitations, the existing lineset for System A will remain in place and be thoroughly flushed and cleaned out for the new unit. System B (Church / Conference Room - Third Floor): This will be a direct replacement. This system is sized to handle capacity for either the conference room or church space. Completed the AC maintenance / first startup. I started off with checking the electrical connections and the capacitor on the outdoor unit and everything was good. I checked the air filter and it was really clean. I hooked up my gauges and I ran the unit in cooling mode. Everything was working perfectly.
Tighten cartridge nut and add thread lock to secure in place.

We had an issue with our furnace and called GSMS on recommendation from a friend. I called and spoke with Gina to schedule an appointment. (She is very pleasant with a great attitude!) A service specialist, named Qwentin, came out to assess the issue. Qwen is great! He spoke well and is quite knowledgeable. He explained the issue, proposed a solution and a provided quote to fix. Although he didn’t have the part, he indicated he would quickly leave, go get the part and come right back to install—- all in that same visit! Qwentin‘s customer service skills, along with everyone else I’ve spoken with at GSMS, are top-notch. Going forward, we will use GSMS for our Plumbing, Air, Heating needs.
