Job Locations and Reviews
Found that the thermocouple was starting to go. Replaced and tested operation and worked as it should. The expansion tank had failed so there was water pouring out the relief valve. Replaced the expansion tank and made sure the return came back hot.
Tighten shower head mount. I applied blue loctite to the screw. Thank you!
Replaced a leaking boiler drain cap at the Verizon store.
Replace the failing expansion tank and the leaking Hy-Vent. We will need to confirm the levels of glycol in the system when we complete this work. If glycol is present in the system, an additional charge will be added.
Completed the Rinnai tankless water heater maintenance today. I started off with running a cleaner through it for 40 minutes. Then I drained 40 gallons of water through it. I cleaned the water inlet screen. I vacuumed out the inside of the unit and vacuumed the filter. I checked incoming gas pressure and that was according to manufacture specifications. The client replaces the water filter that filters the water going into the water heater and the humidifier. Everything went great today!

Completed the boiler maintenance today. I started off with checking all the wiring connections and everything looked good. Next I pulled the burner tubes and I cleaned them as well as the burner box. I also cleaned the igniter, it was dirty. The expansion tank is starting to fail and the hy-vent is leaking. We will send over an estimate to replace both of those. Next I checked incoming and outgoing gas pressure and everything was according to manufacture specifications. Lastly I ran the boiler and performed a combustion analyzer test that checks the units CO, CO2 and oxygen levels. The boiler was running great.
Both guys very helpful & solved the problem
We found that the fill valve was starting to fail. We replaced the fill valve and tested operation. No leaks and everything worked as it should.
Very knowledgeable & very helpful
Completed the plumbing inspection today all of the fixtures and drains looked good. The air lines looked good as well. The water heater is 15 years old so I did not perform a flush on it due to the age. Other than that the inspection went good today.
GSMS HomeClub Plumbing visit!
I completed the plumbing inspection today. I checked all the drains and fixtures and everything looked great. I labeled a few emergency shut offs and I showed the client where they were. There is no where for me to drain the water heater today so I told the client that we could do it in the spring/summertime when we come to do his mini-split maintenances.

We had an issue with our furnace and called GSMS on recommendation from a friend. I called and spoke with Gina to schedule an appointment. (She is very pleasant with a great attitude!) A service specialist, named Qwentin, came out to assess the issue. Qwen is great! He spoke well and is quite knowledgeable. He explained the issue, proposed a solution and a provided quote to fix. Although he didn’t have the part, he indicated he would quickly leave, go get the part and come right back to install—- all in that same visit! Qwentin‘s customer service skills, along with everyone else I’ve spoken with at GSMS, are top-notch. Going forward, we will use GSMS for our Plumbing, Air, Heating needs.
