Completed furnace maintenance today. Everything went great! I replaced the air filter and the humidifier pad. Please see the attached form.

Met with Dan. Found incoming gas pressure dropped to much when running the hot water with the furnace. We are going to contact the gas company.
Completed the gas furnace maintenance today. I found that heat exchanger is starting to soot up and starting to fail. Tech support said its because of incomplete combustion that has caused the heat exchanger to soot up. We will reach out to you tomorrow with a solution to fix this.
Completed the gas boiler maintenance today. Everything went great. Please see the attached form.
Turned on the gas valve. Ran the furnace in heating. Everything was working as it should.
Completed the second plus third floor boiler maintenance. Everything went great. Please see the attached form.
Replaced the air vent and the inducer motor capacitor for apartment 1 boiler. Replaced the air vent, expansion tank and the inducer motor capacitor for apartment 2 and 3 boiler.
2 new bath exhauaat fan + light combo replacement. Replace straight stop valve under vanity.
Jack did a great job checking our mini split and explaining how it should operate. He took the time to answer all our questions.
