The hot water tank leaked resulting in lots of water in the basement. Adam removed the old tank and installed a new one. The install looks great and got hot water back.

Very knowledgeable and professional
I started off with cleaning the indoor mini split heads. I washed the coils with coil cleaner. I cleaned all the filters with soap and water. The unit in the living room and the unit upstairs I recommend a deep cleaning on. I went outside and I cleaned the outdoor units coil with water. I washed the outside of the unit. I checked electrical connections and everything looked good. I noticed that there is a mouse nest inside of the unit so I cleaned it out and I didn’t see any mice or chewed wires. The client was talking about her well pump for her irrigation keeps running so she was interested in connecting her irrigation to the city water.
I started off with cleaning the outside units coil with coil cleaner and water. I checked the capacitor and that was inspect. All the electrical connections looked good. Next I went inside and I checked the blower motor capacitor, and that was inspect. All the wiring looked good as well. The client replaces his own air filters. I cleaned the indoor coil with coil cleaner. I brushed and flushed the trap as well. Lastly, I ran the unit and all of the pressures looked great. One thing I found was that there was green dye/sealant in the refrigerant system.
I started off with washing the outdoor units coil with water and coil cleaner. I checked the capacitor and all the electrical connections and everything looked great. Next I went inside and I replaced the air filter with a 20 x 25 x 5 air bear filter. I checked the blower capacitor, and that was inspect, all the wiring looked great as well. Lastly, I ran the unit with all three zones calling and I got a 18° temperature split. All the pressures looked great. Very nice older Lennox unit.
