This proposal outlines the plumbing labor and materials required to add a functional utility sink setup to your basement utility boiler room. To avoid the massive mess, expense, and concrete jackhammering associated with traditional basement plumbing, we will utilize a premium macerator pump system. This advanced technology grinds and pumps the waste upward, allowing us to safely tie your new basement fixtures directly into the home's existing overhead main waste line. Scope of Work Waste Discharge: We will route a 1-inch PVC discharge line from the powerful macerator pump, running it up and tying it safely and securely into your home's main overhead waste line. 2. Utility Sink & Water Lines The Sink: We will supply and install a heavy-duty Mustee 20-inch utility sink, equipped with a reliable basic chrome faucet. Drainage: The utility sink will be piped to drain directly into the Saniflo macerator pump, utilizing the pump to efficiently eject the sink's greywater. Water Supply:

The tubspout needs to be replaced due to the metal being corroded. The pits from corrosion do not allow the diverter gasket to seat fully.

Replaced the failed expansion tank and install a flood stop valve. Made sure there was no leaks and tested the operation of the floodstop valve. Everything went great.

Completed the AC maintenance and the furnace maintenance today. Everything went great! Please see the attached maintenance forms. I will send over the estimate for the hot water heater repairs.

I found that the capacitor had failed in the outdoor unit. After replacing it I ran the unit and tested operating pressures. I could tell that the unit is getting low on refrigerant. The coil outside is extremely corroded. I recommend to the client to not put any more money into the unit and to replace it next year. I also told her to let us know if the unit isn't keeping up on a hot day and that we will have to come out and fill it up with R22 refrigerant.

Clean condenser. Check dual capacitor at condenser. Check refrigerant charge. Vacuum indoor unit. Clean indoor unit condensate drain and flush with cleaner into pump. Check indoor fan motor capacitor. Check operation of system at end of servicing. All set, thank you!

Completed the AC maintenance today. I found that the capacitor was about to fail so I replaced it with a new one. Other than that the unit was running great. Please see the attached forms.
