Job Locations and Reviews
Qwentin located a highly visible refrigerant leak directly on your indoor evaporator coil. Fortunately, we were able to locate an exact-match replacement coil for your system, which means we can get this swapped out smoothly. Here is what our team will do to resolve this: Safely recover any remaining refrigerant from your system. Remove the leaking coil and install a brand-new, exact-match ADP evaporator coil. Professionally braze the new copper connections and perform a deep-vacuum of the system to ensure no moisture or contaminants are inside. Recharge your system with the proper amount of new refrigerant and test everything to ensure it is cooling perfectly. A Note on Warranty: We checked the manufacturer's warranty status for your current Advanced Distributor Products (ADP) coil. Unfortunately, because the system is past the 5-year mark, the original manufacturer's warranty has expired.
Per your request, I have revised the mechanical design for your home to an all-cassette configuration. Instead of using a traditional wall-mounted unit in the Master Bedroom, I have upgraded all three zones (Front Sitting Room, Back TV Room, and Master Bedroom) to utilize sleek, flush-mounted 1-way ceiling cassettes. This design provides premium comfort while keeping your wall space completely clear across the entire house. Important Note: Because I am now adding a third ceiling cassette into the layout, I will need to schedule a brief final site visit to specifically confirm the attic access and structural joist clearance above the Master Bedroom before we officially begin the installation. Scope of Work 1. Outdoor Equipment Condenser Installation: We will supply and install one (1) multi-zone Mitsubishi outdoor heat pump condenser on the exterior of your home. I ran almost 2 gallons of water through Ductless system in XRAY. Everything was working properly related to the drain. I could not find a source of a water leak related to the system.
Toilet new fill valve, flapper, & braided supply. All new chrom shower trim. Replace 2 lav faucets with new tail piece. Replace old baseboard heat trim with new.
Check main drain found it block a d rusting on top of pipe.Recomend replaces pipe

Completed the AC maintenance today. The outside coil was extremely dirty. Found that the evaporator coil inside has a really good leak. We will be in touch within the next 2 days with a quote to replace the evaporator coil. Please see the attached form.

We had an issue with our furnace and called GSMS on recommendation from a friend. I called and spoke with Gina to schedule an appointment. (She is very pleasant with a great attitude!) A service specialist, named Qwentin, came out to assess the issue. Qwen is great! He spoke well and is quite knowledgeable. He explained the issue, proposed a solution and a provided quote to fix. Although he didn’t have the part, he indicated he would quickly leave, go get the part and come right back to install—- all in that same visit! Qwentin‘s customer service skills, along with everyone else I’ve spoken with at GSMS, are top-notch. Going forward, we will use GSMS for our Plumbing, Air, Heating needs.
